Useful information
Registration fee
- The regular registration fee is 200 €, students (PhD or Masters) will pay a reduced registration fee of 150 €. Members of the NWG (Neurowissenschaftliche Gesellschaft) get a discount of 25 €.
- Members of the Tübingen MPIs and the GTC do not have to pay the registration fee themselves, since the fee will be collected directly from the institutes.
Registration confirmation and payment
- After registration on this website, you will receive an automatic confirmation email stating the details of your registration and payment information (if applicable). Please contact us in case you do not receive an email.
- After a successful payment of the registration fee, we will send another email confirming your payment. Please allow one or several weeks for this confirmation.
- Please let us know in case you require an invoice.
Venue
The symposium will take place at the University Hospital Tübingen. The lectures will be held in Lecture Hall R210, CRONA, Level 4, Hoppe-Seyler-Str. 3. The location is indicated on the map below. The venue can be easily reached from the train station and city center of Tübingen via buses of the lines 5, 13, 17, 18, and 19. You can also refer to this page for further information on how to reach the University Hospital.
Catering
- Food and drinks will be provided for (included in the fee). Vegetarian and vegan options are available.
- There will be several coffee breaks with snacks and drinks.
- Lunch on both days will be held in the UKT canteen (Casino building).
- On the first conference day, there will be an on-site dinner buffet.
Posters
- Posters should be in portrait format.
- Poster number and time slot will be assigned shortly before the Symposium.
- Please let us know if the title of your poster changes (changes are only possible until september 21st).
- You do not need to present a complete study - we encourage participants to present their pilot studies/paradigms and/or preregistrations.
- GTC students will get 1 ECTS point for presenting a poster.
Cancellation policy
- Registration is binding and we expect all the registered participants to attend the Symposium. In case you cannot attend due to unforeseen circumstances, please let us know as soon as possible.
